Paisa simply means money and Sherpa is a word that suggests "being a guide" or "showing the right path". 

It is a personal ambition to instill a degree of financial awareness so that people are better informed and generally financially aware when they are faced with taking financial decisions in life. At the start of the month, we eagerly await that message from the bank “xxxxx credited to your account”.
